Our Company

DigitalGenius started out as a chatbot building company in 2013 and transitioned into Human+AI and deep learning in 2015 after the team realized that teams of linguists scripting bots is not the best way to scale.

We now bring practical applications of artificial intelligence into the customer service operations of global companies. At its core are deep learning algorithms, which are trained on historical customer service transcripts and integrated directly into the contact center’s existing software.
